Shagbark Farm Subdivision 1971
Shagbark Farm subdivision includes Powhatan Lane off Wooldridge Avenue and was developed in 1971 by Michael and Delores McCann. The subdivision was developed on property associated with a hunting lodge originally built by Powhatan Wooldridge at The Locust prior to 1909. At that time the subdivision was developed, the lodge itself was renovated and modernized to its present appearance.
