Clovercroft Subdivision 1966

Named for the home once owned by pioneer female photographer Kate Matthews' family, Clovercroft Subdivision includes a portion of Maple Avenue, Brookside Drive and Cross Brook Drive and was built on the site of a former farm. The subdivision was developed by A.E. McMahan in 1966.
